TERMS & POLICIES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By buying Zero Shame Hustle, you agree to these terms. They're short and in plain English on purpose.

  1. Who you're buying from. Zero Shame Hustle is written and sold by Mark Greenlaw / The Mark G Show, Biddeford, Maine. Questions: onair@themarkgshow.com.
  2. What you're buying. A digital ebook (PDF) with printable worksheets. Nothing is shipped. After payment you get a download link on your order confirmation page and by email.
  3. Your license. You're buying a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the book. You can download it to your own devices and print the worksheets for your own use.
  4. What you can't do. Don't resell, share, upload, post, email, or give away the book or any part of it, including in group chats, courses, or file-sharing sites. Don't copy chunks of it into your own products. Sharing it is copyright infringement, and I will enforce my rights.
  5. Not professional advice. This book shares my personal experience and general information for education. It is not legal, tax, financial, insurance, or business advice. Talk to a licensed professional before making decisions about taxes, LLCs, insurance, or money.
  6. No guaranteed results. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market, and things outside anyone's control. See the Earnings Disclaimer below.
  7. Information can change. Apps, platforms, fees, pay rates, laws, and tax figures change often. I've tried to be accurate as of publication, but always check current rules with the platform, the IRS, your state, and a professional.
  8. Third-party companies. The book mentions apps and companies I don't own or control. Their names are trademarks of their owners, and I'm not responsible for their services, rules, or changes. I own AZM Cleaning Services and CleanQuote.ai, and I say so wherever I mention them.
  9. Links and affiliates. Some links I share (for example, Amazon links) may earn me a commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend things I'd use myself.
  10. Refunds. All sales are final. See the Refund Policy below.
  11. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim related to the book is limited to the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or business decisions you make.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA.
  13. Changes. I may update these terms. The version posted when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Zero Shame Hustle is a digital product delivered instantly, so I don't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your purchase is complete.

Download problems. If your download link doesn't work or the file won't open, email onair@themarkgshow.com with the email address you bought with (or your order receipt). I'll fix it or send you a working copy.

Duplicate purchases. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same book, email me and I'll refund the duplicate charge.

Please email me before you dispute a charge. I answer every message, and I'll make sure you get the book you paid for.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

Your results will be different from mine, and nothing in this book is a promise that you'll make money.

The numbers I share are my own experiences or illustrations, not typical or guaranteed results. That includes things like making $30–$60 an hour DoorDashing around the holidays, starting my cleaning company with $30, charging $60 an hour for two cleaners, and my company covering my household bills. They took years of work, plus timing and circumstances that are mine alone.

Any example numbers in the book (pricing tables, bids, profit math) are examples to show how the math works. They are not predictions of what you'll earn.

What you make depends on your effort, skills, experience, location and market, the platforms you use and how they change, the economy, and many things nobody controls. Many people who try side hustles earn little or nothing, and some lose money on equipment, gas, fees, or taxes.

Starting any business or side hustle carries risk. Only spend money you can afford to lose. Check current platform rules and pay, and talk to a tax, legal, or financial professional before making big decisions.

By buying the book, you agree that you are responsible for your own decisions and results.
